SERVICES

COMPLIANCE

  • Establish a good working relationship with dealership’s media vendors

  • Interface with media vendors for status of ads and pre-approvals

  • Review and proofread ad material

  • Submit ads to Kia Marketing Program for pre-approval prior to ad start date

  • Coordinate required ad changes by compliance, if any, then resubmit to ensure ad is compliant

CO-OP

  • After month’s end, acquire all necessary documents from media vendors

  • Review media vendors’ invoices to confirm what will be eligible for co-op reimbursement

  • Promptly submit claims to make certain co-op funds are received as quickly as possible

  • Submit monthly claims for Parts Statement Charges

  • Follow up all claims until paid in full

  • Provide supplemental and/or additional documents when required by co-op

  • Review any non-compliant ads that ran, if applicable, and find solutions for moving forward

REPORTING

  • Send monthly reports with claim info to include source, date, amount and claim number

  • Provide dealership with a detailed recap of every claim when paid as needed by GM

MISC

  • As Kia announces any additions to and/or changes for logos, holiday campaigns, etc.,
    notify all applicable vendors and provide them with artwork and other pertinent information

  • Interface with GM and other dealership employees as needed
